Okay, I've been trying to figure this out. There's a song I heard a few years back (2001-2002), and I can't remember the name of it. I can't remember who sings it. I can't remember the lyrics. I can't picture the video, except for (if I remember correctly) one thing. But maybe you can help me with it.

The beat is a cross between a few things. It is a rap song, but it has some swing beat, with a little reggae thrown in the mix. On the video, I believe the singer was wearing face paint like a voodoo mask. And that's all I can remember. (I THINK) I would remember if I heard the name of the artist/song. But I'm not positive.
